Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Received assistance by Felecia. She was so welcoming, polite and transparent about the problems I am facing with my car. I would really hope that every location has an employee such as herself. After assisting me I always witnessed her helping anything employee while he was facing a hard time with a car he was working on. You all have a permanent customer as long as Felecia is working this location.

My friends and I came in with a flat tire, and Anthony was incredibly prompt and attentive from the moment we arrived. He quickly assessed the issue and had us back on the road in no time. We truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Exceptional service from start to finish—10/10! Highly recommend!

Great service! They patched my tire perfectly after I got a nail in it and did the job in half the time they said it would take! Highly recommend this shop

I can’t recommend this shop enough. I’ve been taking my car to George over the years with Pep Boys and he is always so professional and honest. He gives me options without pressure and always makes me feel welcomed no matter what Pep Boys shop he is at. I send my coworkers, my friends, and family if they ever need a reliable mechanic! 10/10 would recommend! Sincerely, A loyal 20+ year customer!

We have taken our cars for repairs and services to Pepboys, for a number of years. George Torres, our mechanic, working there is very knowledgeable and has always given us an accurate estimate on repairs. We trust his advice on needed repairs.
